WorkChain Service LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our coordination services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, supply chain shortages, labor strikes, or unforeseen regulatory halts.
